The Riders Blog Birthday! (11/14/2008)

That's right folks. Today is the official birfday of the WakeboardNJ.com Riders Blog!

What started out as a simple idea to help people keep up with what is happening around the state has turned into it's own little animal. My stats for the last year on the blog are pretty staggering.
Over 13,500 page loads
Over 10,000 unique visitors
Over 12 new visitors daily
Those are some staggering stats for such a little portion of the website, but arguably the most active.

If you have been part of this, I would like to extend my deepest thanks for the posts and the support.

Be sure to add a picture subject, a brief text explanation and your name or initials.
Once you've followed these steps, go to http://wakeboardnj.com/live.htm and check-out your picture!

On September 20th New Jersey Wakeboarders are in for a treat. Lake Hopatcong Marine will be hosting the battle of the poles, thats right you heard it North VS. South...a good old fashion show down. So get out your wakeboard and get ready to bring everything you have to the table to help your team to the podium!!

The 2nd Annual Surf and Offshore Wakeboarding Open

This is only about a week away people, make your plans now to attend!

Check it out people! Surf and Offshore, NJ's biggest wakeboard shop is doing it again. The 2nd annual SOS Wakeboard Open is happening on August 2nd in Lavallette, NJ. This competition promises to be bigger and better so make your plans now to attend and compete!

The 2008 Riding Season! - 6/5/2008

Summer is here. Well not officially but it's warm, sunny, and the water temps are ripe for riding! Riders are dusting off their boards and hitting the wakes from Greenwood lake to Cape May!

If you didn't already know, there are two huge events already planned for this season. The first is the The 3rd Annual 2008 NJ Wakefest happening June 14, 2008 at the boat ramp, Bordentown, NJ. Be sure to check out NJWakefest.com for the latest information. The second is The 2nd annual Surf and Offshore Wakeboard Open happening Sat Aug 2, 2008 in Lavallette, NJ. Be sure to check out Liquidaction.org for the latest information. As more events are planned, we'll keep you posted.
